Terms of Service
These Terms set the basic conditions for using the RE:HUMAN game service provided by HBJB Studio.

Acceptance and versioning
These Terms apply when you review and accept the required Terms checkbox in the app. The operator may record the accepted version and server timestamp. Material changes will be announced in advance and renewed acceptance may be requested.

Accounts and eligibility
The service uses a Firebase anonymous account by default and may let you link a supported external account. You are responsible for keeping your device and linked accounts secure. Users who require guardian consent must follow applicable law and store age requirements.

Using the service
The operator provides gameplay, content, server storage, and support. Parts of the service may be temporarily limited for maintenance, outages, security, legal, or platform-policy reasons, with notice when reasonably possible.

Virtual items, payments, and refunds
Paid products use the app store payment process, and their price, contents, duration, and conditions are shown before purchase. Virtual currency and items are usable only within the service and are not redeemable for cash. Cancellation, refunds, minor purchases, and payment errors follow applicable law and Google Play or App Store policies.

Prohibited conduct and restrictions
Fraudulent payments, unauthorized client modification, automation, exploitation of vulnerabilities, account intrusion, service disruption, and unlawful conduct are prohibited. Depending on severity and repetition, the operator may warn, restrict features, reverse improperly obtained data, or restrict an account and will provide the reason and appeal route when reasonably possible.

Changes and termination
The operator may change balance, content, features, and operations. Material changes affecting user rights or service termination will be announced through the app or official site with reasonable notice. Urgent security or legal action may be announced afterward.

Intellectual property
Rights in the game, software, images, music, text, and related content belong to the operator or lawful rights holders. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use them only as needed to use the service and may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them without permission.

Liability
The operator is responsible for loss caused by its intent or negligence as required by applicable law. Liability for events beyond reasonable control may be limited to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits rights granted by mandatory law.

Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes follow applicable procedures and jurisdiction rules.
